We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our Domestic Voice Process team to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently over phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language] and a customer-centric attitude.
Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls for queries, complaints, and support.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team leader.
Maintain call records and update CRM or system tools as required.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.
Education: Only graduate can apply.
Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers welcome).
Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
Prior experience in a BPO or call center (voice process).
Multilingual ability is a plus.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
