Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for our Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their queries and providing effective resolutions over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from customers or make outbound calls (depending on the process).
Understand customer issues and provide clear, concise resolutions.
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone throughout the call.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
Maintain call logs and update customer records.
Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and call quality standards.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language as required].
Ability to handle high call volumes and stay calm under pressure.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in Day Shift.
Minimum qualification: Diploma; Graduation preferred.
