Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for our Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their queries and providing effective resolutions over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from customers or make outbound calls (depending on the process).
Understand customer issues and provide clear, concise resolutions.
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone throughout the call.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when needed Maintain call logs and update customer records.
Meet daily performance metrics and call quality standards.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language as required]
Ability to handle high call volumes and stay calm under pressure.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night).
Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduation preferred.
