Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.

  • Provide accurate information about LEGALIT’s services and offerings.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

  • Maintained records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through our services.

  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while handling complaints.

  • Identify and report trends in customer concerns to improve service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, emails, and chat-based support systems.

  • Ability to handle multiple queries and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent conflict resolution skills.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

  • Experience in legal tech, legal services, or SaaS-based customer support.
