We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
Provide accurate information about LEGALIT’s services and offerings.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Maintained records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed.
Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through our services.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while handling complaints.
Identify and report trends in customer concerns to improve service quality.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Proficiency in using CRM tools, emails, and chat-based support systems.
Ability to handle multiple queries and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with excellent conflict resolution skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Experience in legal tech, legal services, or SaaS-based customer support.
Basic understanding of legal services and terminology.
