Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and resolve customer complaints through effective coordination with internal teams and sellers.
- Streamline refund, return, and reverse logistics processes.
- Manage customer feedback and enhance brand reputation by addressing reviews and forums.
- Collaborate with courier partners to resolve logistics issues and optimize delivery operations.
- Implement strategies to reduce return ratios and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the customer success team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 1+ years of experience
- Proven leadership experience in customer success or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements.
- Emotional Intelligence: Show empathy, active listening, and strong communication skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or agri-inputs is a plus.
