We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Representatives to join our team at Girnar Care. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and generating leads for premium and non-premium services. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to build a career in customer support and tele-sales.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information and generate leads.
Assist customers with queries, product/service details, and support requests.
Qualify leads based on customer interaction and share relevant information.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient support.
Ensure that all customer interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth call center operations.
Educational Qualification: 12th or Graduate (any stream)
Languages Required: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any of the following: Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada.
Experience: Both Fresher and Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Shift: Day Shift (Between 8:45 AM - 8:45 PM)
Rotational Week-Offs: 1 rotational week-off.
Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
