Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Representatives to join our team at Girnar Care. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and generating leads for premium and non-premium services. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to build a career in customer support and tele-sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information and generate leads.

  • Assist customers with queries, product/service details, and support requests.

  • Qualify leads based on customer interaction and share relevant information.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient support.

  • Ensure that all customer interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth call center operations.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: 12th or Graduate (any stream)

  • Languages Required: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any of the following: Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada.

  • Experience: Both Fresher and Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

  • Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.


Shift Timings:

  • Shift: Day Shift (Between 8:45 AM - 8:45 PM)

  • Rotational Week-Offs: 1 rotational week-off.


Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

  • Additional Benefits:
