•JOB DESCRIPTION•
1 Complaint Handling and Monitoring via email & Whatsapp
2 Handling Service engineers through whatsapp
3 Handling of AMC/Warranty Scheduled Customers by the existing excel document
4 Quotation to PO stage follow up with customer in Excell funnel.
5 Payment Followup and Collection as per existing excell document.
6 Documentation, Filing and e filing on daily basis
7 Material request to Technical manager based on engineer request with HOD approval
8 Installation plan based on Production approval and send completion reports
9 Monthly/Quarterly Invoice booking data to HOD
10 Monthly Order & Invoice Booking data to HOD
11 Weekly payment Receiviables report to accounts
12 weekly invoice booking projection to BD team.
13 Equipment Performance letters from customer after every supply.
14 Aadharing Service Process made for the Coordinator position.
15 Aadharing Documents & existing process.
SKILLS
1 Good Communication Skills - Tamil & English , Hindi(Optional)
2 Computer proficiency (MS office) is essential for regular Documentation activities.
