Position Title: Customer Support Executive (Inbound Process)

Work Location: Sanskruti Township, Pocharam , Hyd

Interview Timings :

1st Shift (8Am-5Pm)

2nd Shift (9Am-6Pm)

3rd Shift (11Am-8Pm)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

➡️Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information

➡️ Determines requirements by working with customers

➡️Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

➡️Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

Preferred Qualification:

Intermediate & Above

Core Competencies:

Good Communication & listening skills

Languages: English, Hindi

Salary :

Freshers : 14k salary

For Exp : 19k CTC & 14.5k Take Home (Eligible for PF & ESIC)
