Job Summary:
PROGLINT is hiring a Camera Installation Support Coordinator to manage scheduling and remote support for CCTV installations across store locations. The role serves as the main link between field technicians and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with site engineer to plan the camera installation activity.
Guide field technicians through NVR configuration, camera testing, and connectivity validation.
Verify access to existing store cameras and provide instructions for repositioning or adjustments.
Track installation progress and maintain schedules.
Document camera changes and testing outcomes.
Maintain accurate logs of store installations, technician contacts, and session notes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skill in Hindi, English & Tamil.
Comfortable with tools like Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and documentation platforms.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with camera surveillance systems, NVRs, and remote monitoring is a plus.
