Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct outbound calls for product promotion, customer feedback, and issue resolution.
 Achieve call and engagement targets through outbound campaigns.
 Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
 Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely solutions.
 Collaborate with team members and provide insights to improve service.
Requirements:
 Experience in customer service, preferably in outbound calling.
 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 Familiarity with CRM systems.
 Goal-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
