We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an excellent user experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, patient, and able to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.
✔ Resolve issues and provide accurate information
about the app.
✔ Guide customers on using app features.
✔ Maintain records of interactions and escalate unresolved issues.
✔ Gather feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Office timing - 10 to 7
Monday to Saturday
