- Understand customer's need & solve queries
• Maintain the good relationship with clients and provide the all-software solution to our clients.
• identify Problem give the proper solution to clients.
• Maintain the policies and procedures when working with clients and provide the appropriate information.
• Be able to understand the nature of client’s issues and resolve them timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain the accurate records of daily communication and issue resolve.
• Responsible for resolving the client issue via live chat, email & phone.
• Good Knowledge of SQL and MYSQL is require
