Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle client issues across various locations in India, providing support on technical queries and issues related to Tally.
Communicate with client dealers in multiple languages (Hindi, English, and Tamil) to address product or service-related concerns and offer accurate solutions.
Assign appropriate Tally Partners to different dealers as per requirement.
Maintain detailed logs of all client interactions (Onsite, Remote, or Telephonic) and share daily reports with the Reporting Manager.
Ensure high-quality client support with minimal turnaround time and reduced escalations.
Train end-users on Tally software, providing comprehensive knowledge on its features and functionalities.
Log all support activities and updates in the internal CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and turnaround expectations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil.(any three languages) Hindi Must
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
Tally knowledge or an accounting background is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
