Role & Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve customer complaints via chat and email promptly.
• Draft professional and well-structured emails to address customer concerns.
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve response accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
• Maintain detailed records of complaints and track resolution progress.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service (chat/email support preferred).
• Strong written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience in email drafting and chat-based customer support.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools to streamline customer interactions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
