- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns via live chat.

- Ensure all live chat responses are accurate, concise, and meet the company's quality standards.

3. •Customer Service:•

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.

4. •Process Adherence:•

- Adhere to the company's email and chat processes and procedures.

- Ensure all customer interactions are logged and updated in the CRM system.

5. •Quality Assurance:•

- Ensure all email and live chat responses meet the company's quality standards.

- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure continuous improvement.

•Requirements:•

1. •Education:• Bachelor's degree in any field.

2. •Experience:• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, email, or chat support.

3. •Skills:•

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

4. •Language:• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

•Working Hours:•

- Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, evening)

- 5-day workweek (including weekends)
