Security Management:
Oversee and coordinate building security protocols and staff to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Regularly audit security measures to identify vulnerabilities and enhance protocols.
Monitor and address any security incidents or concerns that arise promptly.
Housekeeping Management:
Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met across the facility.
Conduct regular quality checks on cleanliness in common areas, private offices, and shared spaces.
Address any complaints or issues regarding housekeeping services and resolve them efficiently.
Client Escalations & Issue Resolution:
Act as the point of contact for any client escalations, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution of issues.
Handle urgent or complex client concerns and manage communications to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Operations Team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Internet and Technical Support:
Oversee the management of internet connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Work with the IT team to ensure all technological infrastructure is functioning properly.
Respond to urgent technical issues related to internet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
CF Audits & Building Maintenance:
Conduct regular Building and CF (Common Facility) Audits to ensure that the premises meet all operational and safety standards.
Supervise ongoing building maintenance, ensuring that all issues related to plumbing, lighting, HVAC, and other systems are addressed promptly.
Monitor for any Red Alerts or safety violations and ensure that corrective actions are taken immediately.
Command Center Operations (CCTV and Surveillance):
Oversee the Command Center, ensuring that surveillance systems (CCTV cameras, footage) are monitored in real-time for any security concerns.
Analyze footage as needed and collaborate with the security team to respond to any incidents.
Maintain records of any security incidents and ensure that protocols are followed.
Diesel and Backup Operations:
Maintain oversight of the building's diesel supply for backup generators and ensure availability in case of power outages.
Work closely with suppliers and ensure that diesel stocks are properly managed and replenished.
Team and Operations Management:
Lead and manage the Support Team (Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance) and ensure optimal team performance.
Coordinate with Operation Executives to monitor and maintain operational efficiency.
Conduct regular meetings with support teams to ensure alignment and performance goals are met.
Call Handling & Customer Service:
Manage incoming client and internal calls, providing solutions or escalating as needed.
Track call logs, service requests, and ensure timely follow-ups on pending issues.
