This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Manpower services. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹18000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering documents , Uniforms, paper work

• Address client feedback , check manpower working

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.

• handle the daily field activity

• early morning working time

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0.5-2 years of experience in customer service or a field role and should be proficient in Hindi, English. You will be responsible for daily field delivery documents and handovers . This position requires graduation, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
