The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Call Center Dialer systems (such as VICIdial, GoAutoDial, or similar), along with strong skills in Linux-based OS (Ubuntu, CentOS), network troubleshooting, and firewall configurations.Key Responsibilities:Provide L1/L2 support for call center dialers and telephony systems.Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot dialer software (VICIdial/GoAutoDial or equivalent).Perform regular system health checks, backups, and performance tuning on Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS).Configure and manage firewalls, routers, and network devices to ensure security and smooth communication.Troubleshoot network-related issues including VoIP call quality, packet loss, latency, and connectivity.Manage server logs, patch updates, and Linux-based system administration tasks.Work with cross-functional teams to resolve system, network, or dialer issues promptly.Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.Provide support during outages, maintenance windows, and critical incidents.Required Skills & Experience:2–3 years of relevant work experience as a Support Engineer or System Administrator.Hands-on experience with Call Center Dialers (VICIdial, GoAutoDial, Asterisk, etc.).Proficiency in Linux OS: Ubuntu, CentOS (installation, configuration, administration).Solid understanding of firewall rules, NAT, port forwarding, and security configurations.Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP).Experience in diagnosing and resolving VoIP, network, and system-level issues.Knowledge of MySQL database administration (basic level).Ability to write shell scripts or use CLI tools for automation/troubleshooting is a plus.Good communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Certifications in Linux (RHCSA/RHCE) or Networking (CCNA) are a plus.Experience working in a 24x7 support or BPO/Call Center environment is desirable.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance bonusesOpportunity to work with a dynamic tech teamProfessional growth and skill enhancement programs
