With a requirement for 30 for the Ground Coordinator position, this exciting opportunity is for Aviation based in Ranchi and located in Harmu. We are looking for motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support, and resolve queries related to Aviation. Job Requirements:

This role welcomes freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the Customer Support / TeleCaller field. The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in any language. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires 10th Pass and the candidate should be comfortable working 6 days working during the Flexible shift.
