Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in multiple languages.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Promote products/services and generate leads when required.
Collaborate with different departments to escalate unresolved queries.
Fluency in [specify languages, e.g., English, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, etc.].
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in a telecalling, customer service, or sales role is preferred.
Strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or sales.
Experience in the BPO or call center industry.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
