International BPO Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across various industries in the US market. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, visa classifications, and the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen resumes for IT positions from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.

• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and visa status.

• Submit qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview and selection process.

• Coordinate with Account Managers and Sales Teams to understand client requirements and deliver timely talent solutions.

• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive experience and future opportunities.

• Negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and close offers with candidates.

• Stay updated on US immigration policies, employment trends, and technical skill demands.

• Maintain ATS and generate regular reports for hiring metrics and pipeline tracking.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in international voice process or US IT recruitment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification- 12th pass
