We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing support for products or services. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience through both phone and email interactions.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Assist customers with product or service-related issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to offer accurate and helpful information.
Process customer orders, returns, or exchanges and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s database.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Stay updated on product or service changes and internal procedures.
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Patience and a positive attitude in dealing with challenging customers.
