We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused International Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role involves communicating with global customers via phone, email, and chat.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for international customers.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
Provide product/service information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with transactions.
Maintain customer records and update account information accurately.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Education: PUC (minimum); a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 0-3 years in international customer service, call centers, or related fields preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshooting.
Customer Handling: Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and ability to handle difficult customers.
Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple queries and work under pressure.
