We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated International Customer Support Executive to become a valuable part of our team for Agnitio Online Solutions based in Mumbai, located at Andheri (East). The role offers ₹18000 - ₹40000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0-5 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in any language. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Night shift.
