Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls, assist customers, and resolve queries.

- Provide exceptional customer service and upsell products where applicable.

- Respond to customer queries through chat and email in non-voice roles.

- End-to-end sales for IT hardware (Laptop, Desktop, Router) in semi-tech processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

- Undergraduates and Graduates (UG/BE/B.Tech)

- Freshers and Experienced candidates both can apply

Skills:

- Good communication skills in English.

- Comfortable with rotational shifts.

- Ability to work in a team & handle customer queries.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary Range: ₹22,000 - ₹46,000/month (based on experience and role).

- MIV: ₹2,000 to ₹6,000 per month.
