Job Summary: We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Associates for a Tech Support blended process (Chat + Voice). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and prior experience in an international process. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced tech environment with opportunities to grow.
