Job Title: Digital Interaction Advisor
Location: Bangalore Process : Email (International)
Duration: 9hrs (rotational shift)
Salary : 18K in hand + Performance Based Incentive
Working days – 6 days
Shift timings : 6am to 3pm
2pm t0 11pm
9pm to 6am

Qualifications:
● Graduate in any discipline or equivalent
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers/laptops.
● Customer service experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
● Responding promptly to user inquiries via email.
● Investigating and resolving user complaints and issues.
● Keeping accurate records of user interactions and transactions.
● Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
● Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
● Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
