### Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations:
- Communicate with doctors and take orders.
- Create sales orders.
- Prepare sales reports.
- Handle company sales communications via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
2. Sales Focus for Each Clinic and Group:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for individual clinics and the group.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to understand their needs and tailor sales solutions accordingly.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic staff, acting as a trusted advisor for sales and operational support.
- Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to address clinic needs and concerns (in collaboration with the field sales team).
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in sales and operations.
- Implement best practices to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

### Education and Experience
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to accept challenges, multitask, and work well with others.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in international processes.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales or outbound calling.
- Proficiency in phone collections, retention, case conversion, cross-selling, and escalation handling.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of basic computer applications.
- Language: Strong communication skills in English.
- Education: Minimum 12th grade passed.
