Handle inbound calls from US customers and provide product/service information. • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. • Handle objections effectively and close sales professionally. • Accurately update customer information in the CRM system. • Work in a team-oriented and target-driven environment. Key Requirements • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). • Prior experience in upselling/cross-selling (preferred but not mandatory). • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills. • Flexibility to work in Night shifts. • Strong problem-solving and persuasion skills.
