Job Summary:

The Market Research and CRM Executive is responsible for conducting market research to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends. They will also manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance customer engagement and improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.

• Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and target audiences.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market insights and competitor activities.

• Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for product and service improvements.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop data-driven strategies.

CRM Management:

• Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and current customer information.

• Track customer interactions and sales data to analyze customer behavior and trends.

• Develop customer engagement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

• Train and support the sales team on CRM usage and data analysis.

• Generate and analyze CRM reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in market research and CRM management.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeted marketing strategies.
