Qualification and Experience:
1-3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telemarketing.
Experience in handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
Minimum SSC or HSC required from a recognized University
Key Skills Required:
Good communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends .
Experience with CRM systems.
Ability to work effectively with the sales and marketing teams

Job Description :
Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
Engage with potential clients through various channels (phones or emails) to explain project details and encourage site visits.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value proposition of real estate projects.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Maintain and update the CRM system to track interactions and ensure effective follow-up
Coordinate and facilitate site visits for potential clients, ensuring a positive experience.
Follow-up with the clients after site visits to address any questions, resolve concerns and encourage bookings.
Develop a deep understanding of the real estate projects, including pricing, inventory and features.
