Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and organized Project Coordinator (Female) to join our dynamic team in the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating various jewelry projects, managing client requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate jewelry production and design projects from concept to delivery.

• Communicate effectively with designers, craftsmen, suppliers, and clients.

• Manage project timelines, schedules, and delivery deadlines.

• Prepare reports, documentation, and project status updates.

• Maintain quality control and ensure projects meet brand standards.

• Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service.

• Assist in procurement of materials and inventory management.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams.

• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of raw materials.

• Organize meetings, appointments, and project reviews.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.

• Graduate / Diploma in Project Management, Jewelry Design, or relevant field.

• Prior experience in the jewelry industry is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of jewelry production processes is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of ERP / Jewelry software is a plus.
