Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to ensure achievement of sales targets and business goals.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their performance and career growth.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive property sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor team performance, analyze market trends, and report on key metrics to senior management.

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the real estate team, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent client service.

• Handle high-value client accounts, negotiate deals, and build strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.

• Stay updated on real estate market trends, legal regulations, and industry best practices.

• Organize and lead team meetings, sales reviews, and training sessions.

• Maintain an environment of motivation, trust, and collaboration within the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in real estate sales and leadership.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding a team.

• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Female candidates preferred, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.

• Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends is a plus.
