Real Estate Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional investors, and corporate clients, and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales:

 Identify potential clients (HNIs, investors, corporate clients) and generate leads.

 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

 Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

 Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively.

2. Client Relationship Management:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

 Provide advisory and consulting services to clients on property investments.

 Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Market Research & Analysis:

 Analyse market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

 Present insights and recommendations to management for business growth.

 Keep up-to-date with regulatory and economic trends affecting real estate.

4. Branding & Networking:

 Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and business expos.

 Collaborate with marketing teams for brand positioning and promotional activities.

Key Requirements:

✅ MBA/PGDM from IIMs or other top-tier business schools.

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Proficiency in MS Office, and sales analytics.

✅ Knowledge of real estate trends, legal regulations, and investment advisory is a plus.

✅ Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
