Job Summary:
RG Group, a leading real estate builder in Zirakpur, is expanding its dynamic sales team. We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales to lead and drive our sales efforts, along with Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Telesales Representatives to support our growing business.
The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and collaborating with Channel Partners (CPs) to achieve business objectives.
1. Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Real Estate Sales (Priority Hiring)Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and drive the sales team to maximize performance.
Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with CPs, brokers, and real estate professionals.
Client Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service, address client concerns, and enhance satisfaction.
Revenue & Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Negotiation & Closures: Lead high-value negotiations and ensure smooth sales transactions.
Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 8-12 years in real estate sales, preferably with a builder/developer.
Education: MBA or relevant degree in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate market trends and sales strategies.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales target achievement and team management.
2. Sales Managers | Sales Executives | Telesales RepresentativesKey Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Conversion: Drive sales by engaging with potential clients through various channels.
Client Handling: Build strong relationships and provide real estate solutions tailored to customer needs.
Channel Partner Support: Assist in managing and working with CPs to generate leads and close deals.
Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct property site visits and presentations to convert leads into sales.
Follow-ups & Closures: Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and ensure seamless deal closures.
Telesales & Lead Generation (For Telesales Representatives): Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and schedule appointments for site visits.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2-8 years of experience in real estate sales is a must.
Education: Graduation or equivalent (MBA preferred for Sales Managers).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
Proven Track Record: For Sales Managers, previous experience in team management and target achievement is preferred.
