Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:

  • Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for the sales team. 

  • Preparing reports, presentations, and proposals. 

  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system. 

  • Processing orders and managing inventory. 

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. 

  • Ensuring timely delivery of products or services. 

• Sales Support:

  • Assisting sales representatives with administrative tasks. 

  • Following up on leads and managing the sales pipeline. 

  • Coordinating logistics for sales events and trade shows. 

  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to facilitate sales processes. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. 

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction. 

• Data Management:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer databases. 

  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities. 

• Sales Process Improvement:

  • Identifying areas for improvement in the sales process. 

  • Suggesting and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

• Other Duties:

  • May assist in training new sales representatives. 

  • May be involved in setting sales goals and quotas. 

  • May manage budgets.
