Sales Co-ordinator

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Reports To: The Director of the Company

Position Purpose: Administer entire sales process identify target customers, push

sales and complete sale process to manage OEM Sales. Manage pricing, deal pricing

and other sales proposal activities and provide support to support marketing

department. Manage OEM engagements to design strategies to acquire more

business deals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• − Review enquiry through mail, WhatsApp and call.

• − Specification review- Check grade, quantity and size of item required.

• − Preparing monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Director.

• − Material not in stock check with procurement for rates and delivery time.

• − Calculate discount on price and send quotations at earliest as possible. (Also attach O/S Statement)

• − Update Sales Funnel on daily basis.

• − Provide Quotations to client as per rate after confirmation from HOD.

• − Order review should be done and order department to be informed of the same.

• − Prepare database of all new clients for future reference.

• − Customer feedback form filled and follow up needs to be done.

• − Daily basis MIS report needs to be made and sent to HOD for review.

• − Able to work alone

• − Can work well in a fast-paced environment

• − Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated

Education and Qualifications:

• − Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Communications

• − Beginner level PowerPoint skills and intermediate level Excel and Word skills

• − Relevant training in telephone sales

• Compensation

• Fulltime, based on experience level.
