Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
Handle inquiries from clients and relay them to the appropriate sales executives.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Track sales targets and prepare performance reports.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations.
Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
