Job description (JD) for a Sales Coordinator role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Sales Activities:
o Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations. o Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate order entry.
o Prepare and update sales reports and other related documentation.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses.
o Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
o Coordinate with internal departments (such as production, logistics, and finance) to address customer needs.
3. Sales Process Coordination:
o Monitor order status and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers.
o Work with logistics to coordinate timely product delivery and resolve any shipment issues.
o Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed. 4. Data Management and Reporting:
o Keep customer and sales records updated in the CRM system.
o Generate regular sales and activity reports for management review.
o Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Administrative Support:
o Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, calls, and client visits.
o Handle routine office tasks related to sales activities.
o Support the sales team in meeting preparation and follow-up.
