Sales Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Counsellor with expertise in the stock market sector to join our team at Affinity Wealth Management in Delhi, located at Janakpuri District Center. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing guidance on stock market courses to students or clients over the telephone. Key Responsibilities: Provide counselling to students or clients over the phone regarding stock market courses and strategies. Conduct assessments to understand individual needs and offer effective solutions. Create a safe and supportive environment that encourages open communication. Follow a structured approach while tailoring conversations to address unique situations. Build rapport with clients to encourage trust and engagement. Generate reports on counselling outcomes, challenges, and client feedback to improve services.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate should have experience of minimum in counselling or a tele-calling and should be proficient in stock market. You will be responsible for providing empathetic and solution-oriented support, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires min qualification of 12th, and the candidate should be willing to work from Monday- Saturday during the day shift.
