Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our travel packages, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads database.

• Understand customer travel preferences and suggest suitable holiday packages.

• Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and package inclusions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.

• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and offers to enhance sales pitches.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in the travel industry).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Passion for travel and knowledge of popular tourist destinations.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
