Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and sales transactions.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
Store Operations:
Assist with maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, product displays, and overall cleanliness.
Ensure that the sales floor is organized and that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and tracking inventory levels.
Sales Support:
Assist with sales activities, including identifying customer needs, suggesting appropriate products, and completing sales transactions.
Help to achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
Team Support:
Support the floor manager by assisting with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including preparing the store for business and ensuring proper security.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist with administrative tasks, such as processing paperwork, updating inventory records, and preparing reports.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.
Experience in a retail environment, preferably in clothing or fashion.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to handle cash register operations and POS systems.
Basic computer skills.
