2. Develop and set revenue sales & marketing strategies for the team and individual
3. Ensuring implementation of plans, monitoring the results and achievement of goals.
4.Review sales funnel for each team member and provide guidance to close the deal
5. Provide training to team members (Sales Pitch, Process, Negotiation, Closing a deal
6. Break down weekly/ monthly/quarterly targets of individuals and the entire team.
7. Meet customers on need basis for closure
8. Gather competitive intelligence (product, schemes, etc.)
9. Oversee customer experience
10. Ensure Customer Information is updated in the system on real time basis
11. Ensure complete customer documentation.
12. Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists.
13. Visiting potential customers for new business.
14. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
15. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
16. Budget planning in respect to sales team and department.
17. Joint Venture/Consortium tie-ups.
18. Responsible for the payment collections.

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, or any other field.
· Masters degree with any specialization(optional)
· Minimum 4-7 years experience in Sales and business development.
· Experience of working in Target Driven Environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Past Experience in Hard Core Sales is Must.
· Experience of Handling Commercial Projects will be given preference.
· Salary Between 25k to 50K plus Incentive
· Annual Package 8 to10 LPA
