Job Title: Sales Executive – Loan & Banking Services
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong knowledge of loan processes and banking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products such as personal loans, home loans, and business loans, while also guiding customers through the complete loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads for loan and banking products.
Explain various loan products (personal, home, business, etc.) to customers and assess their needs.
Guide customers through the documentation and application process.
Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans.
Stay updated on bank policies, financial regulations, and new loan products.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or NBFC sector.
Strong understanding of loan processing, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
Familiarity with banking operations and financial products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred).
