Assisting customers with product knowledge and finding items. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. Supporting sales efforts and reaching sales goals. Inventory and Store Operations:Managing inventory levels and ensuring proper stock control.Participating in stocktaking and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.Assisting with store opening and closing procedures.Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Other Responsibilities:Collaborating with other staff members to achieve store goals.Following company policies and procedures.Providing customer service and ensuring positive customer experiences.May involve assisting with training new staff or supporting staff development.
