  • Stakeholder Communication:

    • Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to support the tender process.

    • Address any queries from clients or stakeholders related to tenders.

    • Follow up on submitted tenders and provide any necessary clarifications or updates.

  • Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify new tendering opportunities and market trends.

    • Monitor relevant websites and platforms for tender notifications and updates.

  • Document Management:

    • Maintain accurate and organized records of all tenders, including submission deadlines and results.

    • Ensure all tender documents are stored according to company guidelines and are easily accessible.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:
