Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused sales staff to join our team and represent our electronic home appliances brand. The role involves direct interaction with customers, explaining product features, and driving sales while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of electronic home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwaves, and more.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Provide accurate information regarding pricing, warranties, after-sales services, and promotions.

• Maintain the visual merchandising and cleanliness of the display area.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
