Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, develop strategic marketing plans, and manage sales operations in the real estate and construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, market analysis, client relationship management, and brand positioning to enhance the company’s presence and profitability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in real estate and construction.

2. Lead the sales team, set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide training.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, investors, and clients.

4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B partnerships and corporate clients.

5. Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

6. Conduct site visits and presentations to potential buyers and investors.

7. Manage pricing strategies for properties and construction projects based on market analysis.

8. Oversee customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service to enhance brand reputation.

Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns for property sales and construction projects.

2. Leverage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, PPC, and email marketing, to generate leads.

3. Collaborate with advertising agencies, media houses, and creative teams for branding and promotional activities.

4. Organize real estate expos, open houses, and networking events to increase customer engagement.

5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.

6. Manage corporate branding, PR activities, and promotional materials to maintain a strong market presence.

7. Oversee the company website and online property listings, ensuring updated and attractive content.

8. Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in real estate or construction.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing campaigns.

• Strong network of industry professionals, agents, and potential buyers.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
