Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and drive our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing both sales teams and marketing campaigns, as well as a strong understanding of market dynamics. The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, and ensure the alignment of both functions to achieve company goal.

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

• Identify new market opportunities and sales channels, ensuring consistent business growth.

• Provide mentorship, training, and support to sales representatives to improve their performance and skills.

• Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring proper follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.

• Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends and competitor analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related discipline is a plus.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a management role.
