Tally Operater

We are seeking a motivated and professional Tally Operater to join our team for Choudhary Pumps And Pipe in Navi Mumbai at our Dighe location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to B2B Sales. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹16000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0.5-2 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in any language. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 10th and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
